The Central Atlantic Bridge Associates (CABA) is a non-profit industry organization of prestressed concrete bridge beam manufacturers in the mid-Atlantic region who are material sources to the Departments of Transportation in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

CABA cooperates with the Prestressed Concrete Association of Pennsylvania (PCAP) in this region and both organizations have a common administrative management.

The purposes of the organization are:

To advance and stimulate the prestressed concrete industry and to promote the use of prestressed concrete.

To disseminate knowledge and information relating to the composition and use of prestressed concrete.

To stimulate and encourage more extensive research relative to the manufacture and use of prestressed concrete.

To promote and educate on behalf of the prestressed concrete industry as a whole.
