The QuikBeam programs were developed to assist the bridge designer during the TS&L phase of a project to identify the most economically prestressed concrete bridge solution. There are two versions: QuikBeamPennDOT For designs according to PENNDOT (DM-4) LRFD specifications QuikBeamAASHTO For designs according to general AASHTO LRFD specifications To better understand the program and its assumptions you can view an introduction as well as the program’s technical features and limitations. The program and documentation files are available for downloading in a compressed ZIP format and will need to be extracted for use with standard file extraction software.
